We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
Active workspace data (system catalog, users, access requests, approval state) is retained for as long as the workspace is active.
Audit logs (every create, update, delete on a workspace record) and notification logs (every email sent) follow a tiered retention schedule:
- 15 months in the live database (queryable in-product).
- +5 years 9 months in S3 Glacier Deep Archive after rotation (restorable on request).
- 7 years total before automatic deletion. Mirrors SOX 404, HIPAA 6 y, and SOC 2 typical lookback windows.
When a workspace is closed, the full audit log is archived to Glacier before the live records are purged, preserving 7 years of evidence past deletion. Workspace admins can request an export at any time. See Security and the data retention policy for the full schedule.
On litigation, subpoena, or regulator request, a legal hold can freeze retention for an individual workspace — audit data stays in hot storage indefinitely until the hold is released.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International Transfers
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access your information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing
- Receive a portable copy of data
