- How does the $100 floor work?
- One simple price covers your first 33 seats — whether you have 5 or 33 users, you pay $100/month. From seat 34 onwards, each additional seat is $3/month. Stripe handles the math automatically on every invoice.
- Is there a free tier?
- No permanent free tier. Every signup starts with a 14-day sandbox — a pre-seeded workspace with 45 demo users, 15 systems and sample flows so you can try every feature without entering a credit card. After 14 days you either create a real workspace (paid) or the sandbox is read-only for another 14 days then deleted.
- Is SSO included?
- Yes. Microsoft Entra OIDC and SAML 2.0 (Okta, JumpCloud, Auth0, Google Workspace) are included from day one. No "Enterprise tier" lock on SSO — that pattern (Vanta, Drata) is exactly what we are not.
- How does AI extraction billing work?
- Off by default on every workspace. A workspace admin opts in from Configuration → Workspace. Each extraction is billed at $1 via Stripe metered usage. Stripe aggregates per month and adds a line item to your subscription invoice.
- Does the EARLYBIRD50 promo apply to AI extractions?
- No — promo applies to the subscription only. AI extractions stay at full $1/call (kept that way to protect margin on variable Anthropic API cost). The promo covers the recurring portion of your bill.
- Need a custom contract / MSA / DPA / 200+ seats?
- Email support@useboards.com. We will draft a custom MSA + DPA. Standard pricing still applies — there is no separate Enterprise tier with hidden fees.
- Where is data stored?
- AWS us-east-1 (Virginia, USA). Encrypted at rest, TLS in transit. EU data residency available on request when needed. See /security for the full sub-processor list.
- How do I cancel?
- Configuration → Workspace → Manage billing → Cancel subscription (via Stripe Customer Portal). Or close the workspace entirely from the same page — 30-day grace period with full data export available.
